The financing-desk filers, in one paragraph
Macquarie Bank went 19.86% → 16.36% → 19.66% of AZ Kikaku Sekkei in five weeks, filing as a Sydney bank with a pure-investment purpose.
Macquarie Bank went 19.86% → 16.36% → 19.66% of AZ Kikaku Sekkei in five weeks, filing as a Sydney bank with a pure-investment purpose. Heights Capital Management lifted Stella Pharma to 10.33% and Quantum Solutions to 38.82%. Evo Fund (Cayman) cut Delta-Fly Pharma from 41.97% to 33.39% and filed on four other names the same day, while Arcus Investment (London) arrived on Delta-Fly at a new 5.20% with a purpose stating no intent to control. Long Corridor Asset Management (Hong Kong) has filed twelve times on abc Inc. since July — a 38.97% opening block as three Singapore and offshore holders exited, sold down to 27.28%, back to 29.24%. Reading rule: if the filer is a bank balance sheet or a known equity-line provider and the stake moves more than three points inside a month, read it as a company raising or distributing capital, not as a foreign investor's view [I]. Use these filings as a screen for which Growth-market and micro-cap names are raising equity. Arcus's 5.20% of Delta-Fly and new 5.04% of Nihon Hospice are ordinary long-only entries and belong in the tracked-holder list. Macquarie Asset Management's ledger entry should be read as the bank's financing book on these names.
